• Two sessions can be used towards setting a job search strategy, refreshing your resume, or interview preparation.
• Add up to 2 additional sessions for $148/per 50 minute session. 

The cornerstones of good leadership are character, credibility, integrity, and vision. All of which are highlighted in a crisis environment. This package is designed to help you manage your own mindset while courageously leading others through confident communication, building your EQ skills, or connecting with your team. 

• (2) 50 minute private coaching sessions to be completed over 1 month.
•  Email support during 1 month engagement.
• Two sessions can be used towards confident communication/building EQ skills, team leadership.
• Add up to 2 additional sessions for $148/per 50 minute session.

• (1) remote or in-person 50-minute consultation with a Career Coach or Certified Resume Writer to critique your current resume. Instruction to update your resume using the information you gained from your Career Coach/Writer.
• Education on how to create a career summary/profile, determine which skills to include, write the content for each of your positions, properly format and highlight, and use keywords
• The opportunity to have your updated resume reviewed via email, by your Career Coach/Writer, up to 2 times
• 2.5 hours total time invested by your Career Coach/Writer (consultation + review time)

Guides and educates you on interviewing to develop your ‘tell me about yourself’ statement, articulate compelling achievement summaries, responding to difficult questions, job negotiation, and more. Includes a mock interview.

Interview Fundamentals Includes:

• (2) 50-minute education sessions on interview techniques
• (1) mock interview based on job description
• Customized research & prep by coach

In-session help and guidance in one or two specific areas such as setting career goals, identifying your VIPS (Values,

Interest, Personality, Skills), job search strategy, branding advice, networking tips, or leadership development.

Foundation Package Includes:

• (4) 50-minute private coaching sessions
• Homework reviewed by coach prior to each session
• Access to career resources including targeted research guides, career management plan, etc.
• Additional sessions can be added at $180.

• 1 targeted resource for clients’ needs (for example: DISC assessment, StrengthsFinder, Career Map)
